There are 2 levels of exterior spaces, all designed with your ultimate comfort and relaxation in mind:
– The shaded veranda, accessed from the living room, offers magnificent views of Skopelos Town and its bay. Whether you’re having your breakfast and morning coffee to a glass of wine in the evenings, this will become one of your favourite chill-out zones.- The swimming pool area offers ample space for lounge beds as well as a set of tables and chairs for outdoor dining. The panoramic views from this level will offer you countless hours of the ultimate relaxation experience.
There is also an outdoor shower and an additional WC for your ultimate comfort.

*** The infinity swimming pool is equipped with a state-of-the-art, fully automated and self-cleaning electrolysis system. With this system, you can forget the unpleasant smell of chlorine and sore eyes while having a fully disinfected and safe swimming pool for your and your family.
There is also a direct entry to the lower level of the villa, (the 2 bedrooms), accessed by an external, stone build staircase at the edge of this level.

The main entrance of Villa Serene is located on the 2nd level, (swimming pool level), and by an external staircase directly accessed from your private parking area.
– This leads to the open-plan living room and kitchen areas.
The living room is decorated with designer furniture, carefully placed so you can enjoy the view that unfolds towards Skopelos town and the deep blue bay.- The kitchen is fully equipped to provide you with all necessary electrical appliances so you can comfortably prepare all of your meals, (from a simple breakfast to a gourmet meal).- Internal staircase leads down to the first floor, where both bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located.
– Main bedroom has 1 double bed with comfortable mattress, state of the art and energy-efficient air-conditioning unit as well as a 2nd T.V.
– – The private bathroom for this bedroom is located right next to its entrance.- The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds equipped with the same comfortable mattresses, air-conditioning unit and an additional T.V.
