– The shaded veranda, accessed from the living room is also open to gain direct access to the swimming pool. It offers magnificent, panoramic views of Skopelos Town and its bay. Whether you’re having your breakfast and morning coffee to a glass of wine in the evenings, this will become one of your favourite chill-out zones.- The swimming pool area offers ample space for lounge beds and a set of tables and chairs for outdoor dining. The panoramic views from this level will offer you countless hours of the ultimate relaxation experience.
There is also an outdoor shower and an additional WC for your comfort.

*** The infinity swimming pool is equipped with a state-of-the-art, fully automated and self-cleaning electrolysis system. With this system, you can forget the unpleasant smell of chlorine and sore eyes while having a fully disinfected and safe swimming pool for your and your family.
There is also direct access to the pool from the 2 bedrooms via an external, wooden staircase.

The main entrance of Villa Calm is located on the parking level.
– This leads to the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms (one bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, while the 2nd bathroom is located just outside the 2nd bedroom area in the hall).

– Main bedroom has 1 double bed with comfortable mattress, air-conditioning and a T.V.
– The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds equipped with the same comfortable mattresses, air-conditioning unit and an additional T.V.
